Candice Brody, MBA, CPC

Chief Executive Officer | Integrity RCM

Candice has been an integral part of the spine reimbursement industry s since 1998, bringing decades of expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, coding, reimbursement, and operational leadership. As Chief Executive Officer, she oversees the company's day-to-day operations, collaborating closely with department managers to ensure efficient workflows, optimize performance, and swiftly address operational challenges.


Candice holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Nutrition Sciences from Brooklyn College. She is also a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), combining strong clinical knowledge with extensive revenue cycle expertise.


Recognized as a subject matter expert in spine coding and reimbursement, Candice continuously monitors industry trends, regulatory updates, and payer policy changes to ensure Integrity RCM remains at the forefront of revenue cycle management for spine practices. Throughout her career, she has led high-level appeal discussions with medical directors and executives from major insurance carriers, helping clients navigate complex reimbursement challenges and achieve successful outcomes.


In addition to her operational leadership, Candice plays a key role in client onboarding and transition management, ensuring a seamless implementation process that minimizes disruptions and protects revenue flow. She works closely with clients every day, providing guidance on coding, documentation requirements, account management, and all aspects of the revenue cycle.  Known for her responsiveness, industry knowledge, and commitment to client success, Candice serves as a trusted advisor and dedicated liaison, helping healthcare providers maximize reimbursement and strengthen their financial performance.



  

Samantha Aucone, CPC
Spine Surgery Coding, Revenue Cycle Management & Appeals Specialist


Samantha Aucone is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including over 15 years specializing in spine surgery and more than 5 years supporting general orthopedic and neurosurgical practices. Throughout her career, Samantha has developed extensive expertise in coding, reimbursement strategy, appeals management, operational workflow development, and practice financial performance, with a particular focus on out-of-network provider practices.


As a leader at Integrity RCM Corp., Samantha oversees revenue cycle management services for spine, neurosurgical, and orthopedic practices nationwide. Her responsibilities include coding review, billing oversight, payment reconciliation, appeals management, financial reporting, workflow optimization, and client relations. She works closely with surgeons, practice administrators, and healthcare organizations to improve operational efficiency, maximize reimbursement, and ensure compliance with evolving payer requirements.


Prior to joining Integrity RCM Corp., Samantha spent over 15 years in progressive leadership roles with Business Dynamics RCM, Bolder Healthcare Solutions, and Cognizant following a series of industry acquisitions. She most recently served as Site Leader for Cognizant, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and managing revenue cycle operations for more than 120 surgeons and their supporting medical staff. Throughout her tenure, she directed key functions including charge entry, payment posting, collections, auditing, appeals, staff training, and operational development. She also played an integral role in developing departmental protocols, implementing workflow efficiencies, and coordinating operations across domestic and international teams.

Known for her strong communication skills, analytical approach, and deep understanding of spine surgery reimbursement, Samantha has become a trusted resource for physicians and healthcare executives seeking to optimize revenue cycle performance and navigate complex payer challenges. Her expertise in appeals strategy, coding compliance, and operational leadership continues to help practices improve financial outcomes while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
